Introduction

Americana Group opened its first Fish Market restaurant in Alexandria, Egypt, back in 1990. Offering a world of seafood choices cooked to perfection, the Fish Market chain introduced customers to the concept of taking their pick from a selection of freshly-caught seafood, then having it steamed, grilled or fried to perfection according to their preference. Today, there are more than nine Fish Market restaurants in the region across Egypt, Kuwait, and KSA (Franchise model)
